Reuters reports that a young boy had a rather unexpected audience with the Pope on Wednesday. The young boy escaped his mother’s arms and made his way to the papal podium. He tugged on the hand of a Swiss guardsman and played behind the pontiff’s chair. The boy’s mother briefly spoke to the pope and explained that the little boy cannot speak.
